Who the hell cares ? Its a personal opinion.Its like saying what is better PS3 or 360. Once again personal opinion and what you are looking for.
If you can afford a lil bit more expensive VGA, nVidia. If you are an video editor, nVidia. If you don`t care about over-heating, ATI.Still, ATI has great cards (such as 68xx. which ones, proudly, I could've put my hands on them before getting on stores). I'd recommend nVidia if you can actually afford them, since, IMO, they are better built. I had a 4850 and then 4870 and I must say that ATI archtecture is pretty poor compared to nVidia's ones. Also, due to that, they reach extremely high temperatures.Personally, I'd go for nVidia.
