So if i do a whole bunch of old stunts in a video, but which are "good" and put some nice editing behind it, it works?

tell me cause i'll do it right now.....lol

omni if no one cared to put original stuff in their videos then the videos will be all the same. Everyone doing the same roofs, same bsms same grinds and so on. So originality counts a lot in my book. But they also have to be very nice stunts.(This is what i look for in a video)

Still, I liked this video.

EDIT: omg when am I gonna stop making pages :side:

keep up the good work

stunts: 10/10
music: 7/10 meh, techno type music screws a vid over

This is one super dooper original video! :o  Its original.. totally unique and one of the most entertaining videos i have seen to date.. because of the lack of BSM's.. it makes this video stand out.. :o

It shows you what can still be done without BSM's and help of other vehicles.. Props to you guys man.. The music was ownage too.. Really bassy if you've got a good sound system.. i knew it was the Chemical Brothers.. lol..

Stunts: 10/10 (although just a little bit of fillers, the other amazing stunts make up for it :P )

Music: 10/10 it just blended it so nicely.. *cough* chemical bros fan *cough*

Editing: 1000/10 CRAZY ASS EDITING.. you're not normal..  :saywhat:

Intro/Outro: Nice and simple.. really professional editors man..

Bottom line: One of the best vids i've seen..  :o  B)

Seriously whats so great about the editing, I thought the intro and outro was cool, but the main body of the video was hardly edited at all, it looked like all the stunts had just been whacked together.

I think that's just as a good stunt video should be. There shouldn't be too many effects and shit in the main body, casue it just makes the video kinda be about the effects and not the stunts.. They could maybe have used some more flashes or like do replay of some stunts though.

On the editing, if Hagz (and no offence intended, dont go ramboy on me :P) wasnt already selected id want these guys for the community vid. But yeah its an enjoyable vid:

The best possible outcome: Get them into ATS or ZS as part time stunters and full time editors dammit

My opinion

Yeah, what's so "AWSOME" with the editing? It's just the outro and Intro IMO that is cool.

The editing was spot on.  Use of a techno song is something very few people do, and even fewer people do right.  You managed to use techno music in an efficient way with your editing skills.  Not to mention the slight tweaks here and there of speed/etc... that just felt "right" with the video.  I mean you managed to take a very slow grind and make it bearable (which no one does) with the swapping of clips from other stunts.  It helped to build up a "what's he going to do now?" vibe.  Not to mention how crisp the image was from the video, and the look of it just had (as someone else said) a "warm" feel too it.

Stunts were very good.  Especially since you've manged to use a hell of alot of natural terrain to get them.  It's very very rare you see a good video that hasn't been slathered in *SM's or packers.  And for that alone I can hold this video up there as one of the best.  Especially given the fact the stunting community put's so much emphasis on using the techniques that are newest, or new.

I for one don't feel that a stunt video has to be current with the stunts some deem to be the only acceptable ones.  Time frame or not, this video was great.

10/10

I use natural terrain, have you even seen any of my vids?

I liked this vid a lot, it did have some "pointless" spins that have always been done (the one near Sunshine autos) but I don't mind those. The intro was like a motion picture, very nice. Stunts were good, even though some were kinda old. Music fit the vid, engine revs *vroom* I really liked the fact you didn't rely on bsm's and packers too much or getting super high roofs, very good style. Editing was nice, you cut on the beat, and syched it really nicely. Even that orange tint thingy just fit the vid so much and pulled it together nicely. but some of the camera angle annoyed me cause you couldn't see the setup, like the hospital roof near the mall...I couldn't see how you hit the ledge, and I would've liked to. Credits were nice but too many things were happening in them, like the titles and then some faded clips and I couldn't concentrate on one so I think I need to watch them again. I liked the outro where you are going to SA but...are really gonna not stunt VC anymore...it still has potential... you dug your own grave with that (maybe).

I liked this vid it had some flaws but some strong points too, well done.

I like it alot, reminded me of the old days. Yeah, lots of stuff was old, but some stuff was just wow, like the bump through the glass at construction site. Sick. Music is a matter of taste, but i think if you guys used a song with more variety, you could do some interesting stuff editing wise. Sucks that you guys got into VC a little late, but honestly i feel that VC stunting isn't gonna die anytime soon, SA is well .................SA\

Loved the vid  :D
