Really looks like another popcorn movie, some of the effects are just ridiculous & the teaser is just trying to show how "cool" this movie will be.

lol it's an action movie, the "plot" would be so paper thin that it would be a waste of TV time.. we watch these movies because they're epic

If you are expecting good story or something from Machete then turn around and go away It's just pure blood and gore in style of 80's B movies, this is not a typical popcorn movie either. People go to see these movies just to see some hacking and wacking and smacking.

Watching "non-mindless" movies gets boring after a certain time. Machete is a movie where you can turn your brain off and just simply enjoy the gorefest.

I have videogames for that. While they are full of gore & intense action they still manage to have a complex plot & character development. I have more sympathy for Gordon Freeman than most of these movie "heroes"
These kinda movies are just fail, they have much better replacements nowadays.

You can't really do that with games or complex movies.
