New Improves Effects

Well...i'm posting here my pack of improvements in the effects of SA
It took me a while to edit the textures and create new custom screens
Including news:water,shot,fire/flames,smoke,sparks,explo...etc

Explosions look good, the only problem i saw was the excessive smoke created when doing a burnout. I went from +130 fps to around 30-40 fps during a burnout. :cc_detective:

I haven't tried it, but I can't imagine it'll look good tbh. Because the game lookscrap, the effects should look crap as well :P or else it would look more crap 8D

I like everything except the water, but only the bad thing about this, is that SA graphics look bad and the effects are too realistic, looks weird. :ninja:
