I did it by myself. Since it was my first i was more cautious and checked what i was doing was right. It is pretty easy though, just plug everything in and connect them up and your done. I used a forum to help pick the parts back then and there are plenty of website to guide you through building if you ever get stuck or to check its right.

i5 750
4GB 1600mhz RAM
ATI 5770
Compatible Gigabyte Motherboard w/ Win7 Support
600w OCZ Power Supply
Windows 7 Home Premium
500GB HDD - Now added another 500GB

Its nothing amazing but i build it to what i wanted and thought i would use while keeping it below a budget.
The graphics card is great and runs everything fine so im happy with it.
Im not sure about milk but i must have ate some cookies during the build.
