Ehm, in the first place, if you want to be a better editor you should change your attitude too, because your personality is the same with your editing style: You don't have any.
If you wanted me to tell you more things about what you should improve in, you could've just talked to me in particular, as i only posted my formal opinion, mostly to justify my vote. And i think i was constructive enough telling you to stop using those pancrops because they only make everything look unclear and ugly. I don't have to be a better editor than you to realise what your bad points in editing are. And insulting me for having an opinion proved once more what kind of attitude you have.
