Nope, it shouldn't. It's against the forum rules to post vids in the wrong section. However, posting videos edited by members of a editing crew in that crew's thread is clearly not violating anything.

You done your part of the job, you can't (and shouldn't) be concerned with this.

Just to clarify, I'm not calling promagic an asshole. The only thing he did, or should I say didn't, was see gingait's mods. Or maybe he didn't care, no one knows but him.

And yes, every asshole can post modded videos edited by himself here. Unless an update to the rules is made.
You're forgetting the point of this section should be to show off editing, not stunting (at least not primarily).
Should a video be posted here clearly for showing off modded stunts - or to be more precise, a video posted because you'd remove it if it was in the SA section, that otherwise doesn't contain any particular editing, that could be counted as "unfitting" and could be eligible for a removal. But this particular video doesn't. (pretty much every video within a editing crew's production doesn't either). Sorry, that's the way it is.
