I gave him the benefit of the doubt, I never said I did actually check it was him *my bad I know* but as I also said, I keep a close eye on members who've just come back especially if they've been given access to an old account.

I've since looked and his IP doesn't match any members though he could be using a proxy so there's no real way to find this out.. spose it's back to the batcave to make a decision..
