Posting this here for those who don't know.

I found this the other week, it's a useful tool for making sure you're getting the best result from your PC when gaming.

For me it doesn't give me a higher FPS but it does make games I can barely run, run smoother.

In IV I get 14 FPS average but with this, it becomes playable.

Didn't give me any results, SAiVC still runs on 20 fps. I would quit if there wasn't VC distance tool.

I use this, doesent seem to help very much but eh, anything is good.

To be honest I think it just helps games run smoother, if you don't have the specs to run a game then no matter what, the game won't run properly but unlike normal, this removes background operations and helps displace any stuttering caused by it.

Flat Face is right. Although I have noticed that sometimes it does not shut down all the un-needed processes. So check that they are all down before playing

I've used before but it doesn't do much for me. I've also seen on videos people saying it has a virus (not saying its true, thats what I heard).

It didn't directly give me more fps but the games run more stable and i don't have sudden fps drops as before.

Get more fps (+ 3-6 FPS) and games run more stable.

Background operations run for a reason, it's a bad idea to use programs like this and CCcleaner, they'll ruin your PC over time.
