GTA VC Wont Start

Well, so randomly my VC wont start, i click it and nothing happens, nothing running in my processes or anything. I tried to reinstall and now it just says Wrong Disc Inserted even though i have the play disc there. Any ideas? tried the crack too, then it just goes back to doing nothing. same with my LC mod.

What should I do? I don't understand why it would just stop working.

Also Im on Win7 64bit.

Edit: Got my LC to work, but VC still says wrong disc inserted.
