No I won't, unless he PM's me personally, contacts me on MSN, or posts in this topic. I can't add people based off others assumptions

You should add the pictures of both maps with the locations named and a link to the VC vehicle database so that people won't have to Google the areas and the vehicles when they're defined in their challenge. There's a plenty of people who more likely make a new topic than Google the area or the vehicle that they're supposed to stunt at/with.

This for example, can't be arsed to look out for the maps but there are a few which you can find with Google's image search.

That's smart, put it somehow in the template of presenting challenges. Also for the reecord people, police are not 'peds' even though a 'ped' is just any NPC you can see at any time walking or driving around and not a pedestrian. Learned this one the hard way
