GTASACC, VCCC, GTA3CC?

anyone know where these are available anymore? i remember a site called www.estetiksoft.de that had all 3 of those, but now i can't find vccc nor gta3? anyone where they are anymore?

i remember the VC was called vice city admin console
sa was called control center
and gta3 was called admin console as well i think
