I play with lowest settings ofcourse, and downloaded that contig.exe tool so far.

If you havent solved this, cause its bumped.. turn off all your shadows.. improves my FPS with around 30.. better PC's will get like 40 more on basic install, less ossim ones will still get more but wont reach +30

Turn it off in your IV settings, just go ingame, press esc and goto the window where you can set resolution and stuff  Find shadows, and just turn them off
