Window , btw forgot to tell ya , before it works but then i wanted to instal more effect it bug and i reinstall vegas without any effect and tried do install newblue and then it bug ...

Didn't read the comments that already were given, so I don't know if it's posted.

But I had it too, my way to fix:

Download the NewBlue on their website. Forgot the ones that already have been given when you downloaded the torrent (^^) xD. Just download at NewBlue's site self, and use the keygen/cracks/serials that are given in the torrent

So just download from NewBlue website.
