Problemes GTA SA ( Mouse and SACC )

Hello everybody I have one concerns with my GTA SAN ANDREAS I come of him meter under my new PC but when I want to move my mouse for for example look has right / left she does not move if I click it is the similar and I does not understand for SACC does not open

I am under Windows 7

Here we go with the mouse shit again..

PRESS ESCAPE UNTIL IT WORKS. SACC works fine for me.
