When I take some time running with 2 wheels in VC I stop and THE BONUS THING DOESN'T APPEAR.

what is happening?

You mean in a car a two wheel bonus? If it doenst display your doing it wrong. (and normal stuff like height does)

Keep in mind that if you're touching the ground with any part of your car apart from the two wheels, then it's no bonus. You can't pull a fast one on Vice City
