I guess you could be the leader  , now that XTO has left, and mqth is not the leader, it's sort of whoever wants to be the leader can be (i think). I'll just wait till there's enough people who say yes till i use the D+ intro  .

Why exactly you need a leader? Just do what you are doing right now, democratic vote.
Either he is in our he is out. You don't need leader to decide this
