Pretty laggy,try recording at 15 fps and speeding up the clip in vegas with 1,666 and then render it with 25 fps.That would make everything look way smoother.
The cc is pretty bad,because there is way too much contrast and it's too bright.Try something MUCH more soft or better don't use a cc at all.I,personally prefer seeing a video without a cc than a vid with the one you used.The cam angles were ok tho.

hmm,stunts are bad and edit is bad,but CC is ok in my opinion.
