Going pretty well, progressing. Doing new personal records on the weights and exercises. My biggest fear is not to snap sometimes.

Im at 7% probably. Or at least the guys on /fit/ tell me like that. And yeah at the winter I will be gaining some kgs which is normal. But Im definitely not going to bulk. Having abs makes me a pussy to put a little fat.
