YouTube html5

Youtube now has html5. Its a beta but all you have to do is go to youtube.com/html5 and join it.
This means there is no need for flash player and videos seem to load faster, give it a go!.

Supports:
Google Chrome
Apple Safari (4+)
Internet Explorer (Sucks) with Google Chrome Frame installed

We support browsers that support both the video tag in HTML5 and either the h.264 video codec or the WebM  format (with VP8 codec). These include:

    * Firefox (WebM enabled version coming soon)
    * Google Chrome (h.264 supported now, WebM enabled version coming soon)
    * Opera (WebM enabled version coming soon)
    * Apple Safari (h.264, version 4+)

Shouldn't be that difficult to make a add-on for Firefox using the DirectShowFilter's that can't be found on their site

google is youtube they own youtube, they bought youtube few years ago for one bilion from 3 or 4 dudes who created it.
