I just downloaded the SAiVC mod for Vice city, and my game is extremely laggish. Any advice on how to fix this problem?

Drop your visual settings down as low as you can manage, and perhaps download a draw distance tool (VC's draw distance tool works) and set the DD down a few notches. I got the same problem with my desktop, and that cleared it up a little.
