You're an okay editor and I like how you want to keep the overediting spirit from 2008 alive, but you need to take more control of your effect usage. Because overediting doesn't necessarily mean reckless editing. You need to carefully plan out which effect you want to place where, and why. And then go insane with it by placing a lot of them. It's the concept that matters.
