LC and SAiVC are not made by Rockstar, thus they are for free, this means that everyone can share them (it's for flatface).

On topic, I personally don't have allbeast's lc. I have original one.

Edga, you can upload all the files minus the exe and the audio files.

All these Allbeast and CD army copies include both are thus are warez..

I'm also uploading a working copy of the LC I use..

I unpacked it and installed it on a clean VC to make sure it worked and it does, you can run either the LC exe or the VC exe, both work unlike with other versions.

You'll need the correct handling which I'll upload.

It also uses the OLD cols so you'll need the COL fix.

This is the official LC team beta release of uhh... 1 or 2 or something, all the official links were dead so I found my old rar which I never deleted and I'm uploading it now, it's at 10% and will be done in an hour or 2...

I have 3 different copies of different LC beta's but this by memory is the one I use to stunt so... yeah...

I believe there were some of original GTA3 audio files in earlier LC versions.

Hey vmx, enjoy a week long suspension, I've had nothing but complaints about you.

And yeah technically uploading any files is considered warez but R* don't really care about mods so we don't mind either, though the do mind about warez and this is what others have considered to be warez so I'm just using their distinction.

As long as it's just gta 3 audio files for the mod then they're pretty much fine but any VC files re uploaded is considered WAREZ when it's part of a mod.

Anyway, I think it's the best to mod your VC yourself, that way you can be sure that handling files and models are original.
