Panda Cloud Antivirus or Microsoft Security Essentials.

The best is Eset Smart Security but It's expensive.

I would 100% recommend AVG
It is free, one of the top recommended anti virus programs etc.
I use it, run a whole computer scan once a week and haven't had any problems

Bitdefender. Since the day I got it, I haven't had a single virus.

Microsoft Security Essentials. Free, very light, fast and has been proven very effective.
