Definitely one of the greatest movie made.

The first hour or so was really good, but the ending slightly let it down. It's almost as if they reached page 60 in the script and thought 'Shit...we need to end this, don't we?'. I was also annoyed by the incessant need for the film-makers to remind us it was a prequel to Planet Of The Apes - yeah, I get it.

Exactly my thoughts, this movie had potential to become a cult movie or maybe even a classic but they tried too much to transform it in a blockbuster and fucked up everything.
The "No!" scene is still one of the best things I've seen in a movie in the last couple of years. The CGI was fantastic too, still a long way to go to reach realism.

Been captivated the whole time the movie lasted, not that entertaining nor amazing but truly hooked me and what a majestic final !
