Well that's kind of untrue, if you think about it everyone's on the same playing field whichever game we'd do, everyone would have the same advantage. I'd actually say CSS is harder, because the guns are more accurate and easy to use for EVERYONE. It enforces a more tactical way of playing, your positions really matter as does communication, because even a few bullets can easily kill you.

Well, in CSS the shots are too random it's really easy to kill someone :P

They're not random, it's just different to 1.6 (a lot easier to control and a wider spray). But that's my point, it's harder to win because of that, which is a good thing I think :P

And no the weapons are not random at all, more like built in aimbot
