Windows XP Problem - Help Me pls.

Hello my guys
I have one problem with FPS on Windows XP. ;(

In June - November i have Windows Vista i have problem with mouse in GTASA mouse sometimes does't work i press ESC and game have ERROR gta_sa.exe
But this is not my problem.

I reinstal Windows in December to XP.
I isnstal all programs for my graphic card and for motherboard.
I instal GTA. Start FRAPS and ?
And I'm shoked :O
I have only 40-50 FPS

My problem is :
I have on Vista 70-80FPS
And on XP now 40-50FPS

I have All to low in GTASA
DrawDistance - min
VideFX - low
FrameLimiter - off
AntiL. - Off
....Blabla......

I have :
Graphic Card : nVidia GeForce 9800GT 1GB
Processor : Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 2,80Ghz
Ram : 4GB
XP : Servis Pack 3

WHERE IS PROBLEM ? HELP ME PLEASE

Why FRAPS i don't use FRAPS when i stunting

I think people should start whining when their FPS is at 30 which I had for some time when I started stunting. You can stunt fine with 40-50 FPS, look at Sajtos, he's got 40-50 and he's awesome.

But if you're that desperate for answers, just lower your graphical options and the draw distance.

I had a similar problem with FPS when I downgraded from vista. Only my problem resulted in half of my games not running right after an hour of play. (1000-10000 FPS causing the game to go 3x the speed with FL on..)
