Beat's render setting (WMV)

A lot of people lately was asking me about my render setting so I decided making this topic

As I have a poor connection and I upload with about 11kb/s so I was wondering whats the best HD render settings with the smallest possible size while still having a decent quality, its a simple .wmv render setting.

Here is an example of a video rendered with the settings:

It is wide-screen and can be used as square too depends on the clips you add to Vegas and if the clips isnt wide-screen just Pan n Crop them =3

That's funny, I just made an FHD video without compressing and it's 80 MB .
