3. In game
   - Ghosttown.
That's very good manner on more FPS. I am using the ghosttown from dannye (space+c). You can also using the "No Traffic Mod by Michu".

What's the point of having a smooth game when it looks shit :<
well, i mostly stunt with ghosttown, thats i think the only thing on that list i do.
more fps -> more control -> better bumps -> more height and distance from bumping.

Untrue

o really, i'd like to see you nailing a 190ft p2b with FL on...

so i turned off fl on sa and it was good until i viewed a replay. it was really weird and shit so i turned it back on. i wish  i could limit it to 45. 25 is pretty low and i dont like have it go from 40-120 all the time. <_<

^ you can limit this to 60, turn Vsync in your graphic card. I'm using this but replays are fucking laggy.

Sure, FL on and say, 80fps there is a noticable difference but anywhere after 80/90 you notice no difference. This is because of the smoothness of the RADS due to FPS. However, the bikes have a top speed in the game and no matter how smooth your game is running, you cant exceed the maximum speed.

Yes Streem. Engine GTA is stupid, it's work on procesor, you can have 6600GT with C2Q and have many fps (around 100+).

@ zrobie im, przy okazji sobie w sumie też
