i wanna ask..... Why would we need high fps I mean f i need high fps i just turnoff  FL and get 60-70 fps but stunting with FL on sucks,.....

Sorry but no. I have new pc and i don't need the 0,5x draw distance. So ask other peoples. I haven't it.

here is one more tip.
in game, when you are RADing. just press the Q(look left) and E(look right) button.
then you'll get 10~30 more FPS.
