I've tried it, the only way to get it done imo is use a packer before the buildings and air to the bump.

No, I'm rather sure that I got a decent bump off it once, and I didn't extend the runup.

i did this with a freeway, but the grind was so short + i bailed the landing. for me landing the building would look better (with freeway)
