Yeah sorry , just remplace the "effect.txd" of the gta folder by the new one in the respective foler (blue , red ...)

its easy, just go online at one of the server you like to and type /q
then you can change the sparks in any color you like too
and if you do it in the next 5 minutes you will get a free washing machine.
