dunno if i should post it here, but i didn´t find a better section :< .

Well my old Internet SUCKS, this faggots make my download speed to 50 KB/s after i uhm.. spent? 5GB for downloading, surfing etc..

Now i want to buy a new one with 4096/384 KB/s <- is that good? and if yes, is this price good? :D 29,90 € per month.

There are 8 bits in a byte, so you would divide kbps by 8 to get KB/sec transfer rate. That would give you speeds of 512KB/sec download and 48KB/sec upload.

They're not allowed to limit your connection speed, if they didn't mentioned that in their ToS(you hopefully read them, or your parents). If there isn't any mention about that limiting thing, then ask your ISP why they limited your connection and when they don't reset, that you will terminate the contract if they don't fix it. If that doesn't works, get in contact with the consumer safety(Verbraucherschutz) and tell them.

They're not allowed to limit you for something you pay money without asking you in forehand.

Lol Australia is so behind Bulgaria in this part even in my village I pay 29 leva for 12 megabits you can also choose 20 for 6. 2 levs are about 1 euro 1 paund is about 2 euro you do the maths :)
