You used Mapcleaner before installing the game? use it and install again.And start a new game because savegame dont work i think.

And i dont think its poss to remember car with trainer , atleast with Crazy Trainer.But you can try the stunt like 20 times before the vehicle dissapear so its not a big problem for me.

For me my second vehicle dissapears after a maximum of 5 tries, so its kind of a big deal for me 
If anyone know of a trainer which can permanent vehicles, post a link and I'd be very grateful.

And for me the second vehicle dissapear after like 15/20 tries  Maybe im lucky , but i do what Simon said sometimes too.
