Crashes with SAiVC and GTA:LC

Hey guys,

I've got a serious problem with my GTA mods (SAiVC and GTA:LC). Everytime when I start up the game and try to minimize it, the game crashes. I've reinstalled my Vice City with the original CD and also tried using or leaving out a No-CD crack, but nothing worked. 

So does anyone have a solution for this?

The weird part is that it had been working fine some time ago
