imo its not about luck, because you gain skills when you stunt and you see how you should bump etc and where the thing on the bike should be(where it should get hit to get a bump). I believe that precision are luck, but not so much after that.
To FIGHTER, if you mean its great to find new stunts and that´s ¨skills¨ then I say no, stunts are easy to find. The hard part is to land them.

my precision was not lucky, i just did the wheelie speed method, then bumped and just gained wheelie on that precision so i landed it.

It's all about the luck. You will not get exactly same bump twice. If you try 5h to land a stunt, it means you have patience to do that, or then you are just moron. After 5h you got lucky and you land the stunt. Ofc you need skill in there, but its all placed on luck. On grind you have to get lucky that you will fall exactly to the place where rail is, and also you have to be lucky that you dont wail on it. Only thing what is placed fully on skills is landing, but precisions and grinds, as its only based on luck will you stay on that tiny prec, and will you overfly it or stay on it.

Say what you say, but there is my opinion, and if you dont agree, then you dont and you think you can get twice exactly same bumps.

Edit: And also, are you second hand of god? As you can automaticly say your opinion, but you didnt proof anything. That means you are an idiot, if you think that its purely based on luck. If you made exactly same looking stunt what example I have done, then I will believe you and you are right and I'm fucking idiot, but before you gimme proofs, I dont believe you.

Ofc you can have some experience on stunting. You might know what kind of angle your bike has to be to bump on edge, but its based on luck where you will fly after you bumped that edge.
