if i were you i'd spent those couple of extra penny's to get yourself a proper Core i5 instead of the Core 2 Quad series, why would you want to OC your Cpu THAT BAD if you could get a Core i5 build for just 50 euro more which is 25% faster, and also the chance that you WILL be able to oc that high is pretty much NON since them cpu's are friggin hot heads.

A fine listen to km he seems to be TEH PRO lately, i dont wanna be blamed for not giving good advice again...

That'd be a A:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 boxed, 12MB, LGA775, 64bit (be sure its an E0) 200€
ASUS P5Q Deluxe, Sockel 775 Intel P45, ATX  117€
Powercolor HD5850 1024MB GDDR5, PCI-Express 250€
Corsair XMS2 Dominator Xtreme Performance TwinX Matched - Memory - 4 GB 112€
SCYTHE Mugen 2 40€

~~~720€  - Of course you could also go with an i5 build but I doubt you can get such a great GFX card within your budget then..Clock the Q9550 to 4ghz and It'll beat the i5 :P
If you can save a bit more money, wait for the 5970
