Killerstunter's is good but imo there's something missing from it. I don't know what it is though
Perhaps do a similar thing like have a SA and a VC bike in the air/doing a stunt and split it down the middle like in his picture?

I thought of that too a few days ago. A control panel where a user could choose the banner, skin and borders would be awesome, but perhaps not possible. Talked about it with TD back then, unfortunately he didn't know if it was possible though, so I gotta catch up with Joe in the next few days.

Brulla, it's possible, but a custom mod would no-doubt have to be developed which takes time.  It would be quite a large thing to do as well. I guess it would be like a "Skin Designer" which, in itself is easy to do, but to get it to work and be secure etc for all users... not so easy.

Will someone make a Christmas banner or two? Using some mods in GTA3.  I prefer looking at new banners everytime, whether or not they fit this charcoal themed board, it's refreshing to see peoples gta art.
