Some effects would be awesome. The idea itself is very good. I like it soo much. But it looks a bit...hm..plain? Needs more effects. Maybe ask Sucre? He is The Effect Master. However, let's see what does Tack come up with.

I haven't done anything with Killerstunter's one yet, thought of trying some different set-ups of the text. Instead I made this one, an E.T.-version of the banner:

if all the banners could be the same style as Tack's, for ex. the official logo must be placed on the left, it will look more awesome.

because right now the banners are so random...

Thefty has the point. It would be great to make many banners with the logo and text indentical on all banners, and the rest is different. It will be like the background scroll, but the logo always stays on the top. It would be great.
