erhm, Is CF enabled on that mobo? If it isnt... then you dont need that big of a PSU IMO  

But then again, for future upgrades I think its a great idea

LoL, forgot to ask this, whats your res? if its 22 under then a HD 4850 could handle games pretty well

P35 does NOT support crossfire, if you want it to support CF you should either get a P45 ( which will support crossfire running both slots at 8x instead of 16x ) or a x48 which supports crossfire fully ( 16x on both slots when Cf is unabled ).
