Author Topic: Problems with installing LC mod (Read 1215 times)

K this is how it is..

Some time ago I got a new comp and I never really felt I needed LC for my VC. Now I feel that I can't really get got spots and stuff from VC so I wanted to instal LC. I install it right and everything. Note that (if it makes any difference) I still have Dannyes VC USCM installed in the VC folder I'm gonna install LC to. After I installed it properly I start it, it all starts fine with menu and stuff, when I then load a saved game or start a new game it starts loading... When it comes to around 90 percent loaded it stops and a lil "plong" sounds. Screen freezes. I click enter or esc and LC closes and it says error.

Can somebody please help me. I had LC before and it worked perfectly, what am I doing wrong?

For some more info I also wanted to make sure that you know that I've also tried with the LC USCM so I doubt it has got to do with that.

first, install lc dannye.scm
second, only start new game, because you never played lc and haven't lc save games

Sorry that I didn't have time help you earlier this is the exact problem I had when I installed LC. This is what you do

if those things don't help you then download an earlier version of the LC mod, 1 before if possible.. then replace your data folder with the old one and start a new game.

i had to do things like that to get my 2nd LC to work ages ago.
