Well you can find 7-12 items every week ( they get resetted every Thursday at 01:00). You can use those to craft weapons. For example : You want to craft a blackbox ( Soldier rocketlauncher) . The first thing you have to do is to find the blueprint for the weapon. Then you need to have the items to craft that weapon and when you have them , you can craft it. I'm not quite sure wether you can craft achievement items also ,but I know that you can't craft items from the shop. The weapons that drop are totally random , but you can also trade with others to get the items you need. I hope that helped a bit.

Well I'm trying to get the 1000 views on a TF2 replay achievement ( I want that hat :P ) , would be nice if you could help me out a bit ;) (Don't mind the bullshit that's going on , I just want the achievement).

Depends if you bought the game or not, if you haven't you can't trade and your droprate + backpack space is really poor. Basicly what you first want to do is get weapons. If you have two of the same weapons, you can smelt it to one scrap metal in the crafting screen when you either press M ingame and select the crafting thing or doing the same thing but from the main menu. There are a lot of recipes you can work towards to to craft said weapon or be lucky and find it from a random drop, or either doing the achievements to get the weapons (you can acess them in the main menu).
If you have 3 scrap metals, you can craft a reclaimed metal, which is usually a recipe to crafting a weapon.
If you combine 3 reclaimed metal you can make a refined, most of the times used for crafting a random hat. If you feel lucky get 3 refined and craft them togehter to get a hat, or be more specific and craft 4 refined metals + a class token to get a class hat. You can get a token if you smelt 3 weapons of one class togehter, if you don't like the token you can craft a new one with the class token and another weapon from an other class.

Hope that helped.

Some news for peeps, I'm working on an assault rifle pack with a guy from polycount for the solly :D so far his models aren't the best but he's been working on codes for the shooting which has me excited :) imagine the solly with an old m16 or ww2 gun and slow burst fire so it's not freakishly OP or auto fire so he's a 2nd heavy.
