Surely if you were wrong this bigger reaction could be pretty harsh to the accused modder? Although as you rightfully said you cannot prove if someone mods or not. However in my opinion even if there are modded stunts in this video there are not many, at least not enough of them to justify sending them (along with the other nice, creative and clean stunts) to the modded section.

Saying all this I actually do think he modded in this video. On the freeway bump the camera angle was blatant 'modder hiding mods angle.'
So its not that I disagree with the fact that he mods. Its just I believe a more beneficial course of action would be to have posted that you thought he modded and were considering moving the topic, then waited to see how other members reacted to this and thus made your decision.

Perhaps Seth would like to post the replays of suspicious stunts? If they weren't modded you didn't do yourself any favours with the camera angles
