practise and you will get better (:
also you dont have to care so much what other people says about your vids , if its good for you , thats enought

Some bike stunts were not bad, I would advise you to focus more on stunting methods than jumps. Just keep practicing, also while grinding try to stay longer on the rail

well since it's your first video i won't start blaming you for the stunts being bad, we all started from somewhere so we have to give some respect for the new guys
