It's a solid acoustic, the strings definitely need to be changed but otherwise it's a good guitar. I think it's part of a bigger company that makes acoustics here in Canada (Quebec). Art & Lutherie, Seagull, and some other ones.

They're made by Godin Guitars, which suprisingly, aren't too bad either.

I went to Guitar Center the other day, so I could wait for my mom to get done helping her friend out with some forms, and....little did I know I was having one of my off days, in which NOTHING sounds good. I must have tried and fiddled with 50 amp settings and around 6-7 guitars, everything sounded out of tune, or it sounded with too much treble and fizz and when I turned it down, there wasn't any oomph to the amp, Ibanez's and Jacksons have always been some of my favorite guitars, but they all played like shit that day!

B.C Rich guitars get REALLY nice when you look beyond the Bronze series, their USA models are Godly, period. Even their standard USA line competes against custom shop Gibsons.

didn't actually set up the guitars near natural light so they'd look expensive and shit, just a quick shot.

LEFT:

Ibanez RGR321EX
Dimarzio PAF Pro neck
Dimarzio Tone Zone bridge

RIGHT:

Ibanez RG520QS (in bright light you can see the quilted sapele in blue, dunno why its fucking black)
Dimarzio Steve Special neck
Dimazrio Norton bridge
