Know someone who could get that cooler for free

Also that doesn't happen to be a P35-DS3L in there does it? I need some help with mine.

Long story short: Bought it, arrived, assembled my new PC (E2180, 2GB DD2-800, HD3850, OCZ 600W), booted it up, it ran BIOS then went to the Windows Safe-mode selection screen, which I was expecting since I still had XP installed on one of my HDDs. I chose run in Safe Mode or something, just to back up my files, but the whole system froze. Clicked restart, an it got this problem where the system runs for about 3 seconds, then shuts itself down, and restarts again. It just keeps doing that over an over.
I RMA'd it after trying everything I could find on the issue, got it back and they reckon it was fixed. But again as soon as I setup and boot it does the same thing. Plus Gigabyte having the worst customer support around can't really get much help from them. I think somehow my BIOS is becoming corrupt by something but can't figure out what.
