ok, I assigned all the numbers randomly, including the 3 spots that haven't been filled yet. So, I'm going to assign a random order in picking the numbers. Say I do 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8, then next round it'll be 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1. And as soon as the first one picks, then the second one can and so on.

order:
Team 6
Team 3
Team 7
Team 4
Team 8
Team 5
Team 2
Team 1
