I agree, the whole system of being here for 3 years doesn't work. It would have been much better with a system where veteran members nominate other members to become vets, and then when the staff gets short the veteran members are good candidates to become moderators.

However whenever I asked a mod/admin before gtas came back they never did it, so it was the principle of being denied that spurred me on.
