Don't know what's that but I would say so. I downloaded it hoping that it's going to change desktops in a time interval or something but it turned out to be just another useless program.

Could you tell me what's the point of it? 

If you had more than one monitor then this program would be very useful. Never tried to plug two monitors at once but this might be handy with two monitors. Or not?
