    User Authentication Control.

    That thing which bugs you everytime you want to install something. I don't know where to set it in the control panel, but next time you see it click on "more details"(or such) and then on options. You need to restart after that though.

    Also make sure to deactivate defender(it's actually quite shit compared to other virus scanners)[can be made in the control panel] and indexing on your HDD's(just right click them and deselect the index option), if you don't need it.

    It will speed up the system a bit. :P
